For example, with e-commerce businesses, some great apps include Link My Books for automating sales & cost data from Amazon or A2X if you’re using Shopify maybe.

Processes
This doesn’t need to be complicated, just clear, simple and routine.
One of the key processes that is fundamental to finance management is gathering the invoices, receipts and other documentation ready to be processed & recorded in your accounts.
The beauty of having the right tools in place, like Hubdoc, means this can be as easy as forwarding an email (from your supplier). Your bookkeeper can handle the rest from there!
Bookkeeping
Once we’ve set you up with the tech and agreed the processes, the rest is over to us as your bookkeeper.
We’ll keep you updated on progress, make the necessary accounting adjustments and ask you the odd question on your receipts and purchases perhaps.
As soon as the accounts are ready for that month or quarter, we can send you financial reports to give you a snapshot of business performance in that period.
